Sara holds a Master’s degree in Psychological Therapies from Queen Mary University of London, awarded with distinction (2025). Her master’s thesis focused on a systematic review examining the effects of Metacognitive Therapy (MCT) and Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) on metacognition, mentalization, and social functioning in individuals experiencing early and chronic psychosis.

About Ms. Sara Soliman

Sara views healing as a journey rather than a fixed destination, and she works alongside clients to help them reconnect with their strengths, values, and capacity for change.

Over the past two years, Sara has worked closely with Gaza and Sudanese refugees, providing psychological support for trauma recovery, adjustment, and emotional stabilization. This work reflects her strong commitment to ethical care, social responsibility, and supporting vulnerable populations.
