She is also a certified Advanced CBT Specialist, a Schema Therapist in advanced training, and a trauma-informed care practitioner. Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in CBT for complex disorders (UK) and a postgraduate diploma in supervising psychological therapies from the University of Exeter.

As Psychiatrist for Women Her clinical career spans major institutions including the Oxford Eating Disorders Unit, where she served as a lecturer and CBTE specialist. She is the founder of the Egyptian Initiative for Eating Disorders (EEDI) and has trained dozens of professionals across the MENA region on eating disorder interventions including CBTE and body image resilience.
